Course Overview
This course is designed to introduce the concept of organisational resilience based on ISO22316:2017. It covers practical approaches to build on the foundation of existing skills and knowledge to develop and enhance resilience capabilities for one’s organizations.

To equip learners with essential skills and knowledge to:
- Understand the principles of Organisational Resilience
- Explain how it contributes to the effectiveness of organizations
- Identify and apply the possible approaches in managing an organisational resilience programme

- Describe the collaborative approaches underpinning Organisational Resilience
- Identify the principles, attributes, activities and business benefits of Organisational Resilience
- Learn the process of managing a resilience programme
