Course Overview

This intensive one-day course is tailored for professionals responsible for managing or leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of cross-organizational programs such as business continuity, operational resilience, or risk management. Learners will learn to effectively engage with stakeholders (both internal and external) and leverage essential soft skills like communication, collaboration, and emotional intelligence to ensure the success of their programs.

Identifying challenges: Recognise and address common obstacles in stakeholder engagement
Mapping stakeholders: Learn to identify and assess stakeholders and develop effective communication strategies
Utilizing soft skills: Enhance collaboration, influence, and negotiation skills to work effectively with stakeholders in different contexts
Leadership approaches: Evaluate and apply various leadership styles to manage stakeholders in business continuity scenarios
Motivating stakeholders: Develop strategies to inspire and engage stakeholders in contributing to business continuity activities
