Course Overview
The ISO 37001 Lead Auditor eLearning training course is designed to enable attendants to audit an anti-bribery management system (ABMS) based on the requirements of ISO 37001.
Persons of malicious intent continually seek to sophisticate and improve their methods of wrongdoing, including bribery. In addition, the increasingly complex nature of modern day enterprises may sometimes put good-willing people into high-pressure situations and force them into taking or receiving bribery. ISO 37001 provides a structured methodology for organizations to combat such negative phenomena, and organizations have been finding this standard increasingly useful. This has increased the demand for ISO 37001 certification and, in turn, the demand for ISO 37001-certified auditors.
Course Objectives
- Understand the fundamental concepts and principles of an anti-bribery management system (ABMS)
- Interpret the ISO 37001 requirements for an ABMS from the perspective of an auditor
- Evaluate the ABMS conformity to ISO 37001 requirements in accordance with the fundamental audit concepts and principles
- Plan, conduct, and close an ISO 37001 compliance audit in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 requirements, ISO 19011 guidelines, and other best practices of auditing
- Establish, maintain, and continually improve an internal audit program as per the requirements of ISO 37001
